After joining the Jikei Gakuen Group as a new graduate, he gained practical experience in education and business operations. He then worked in the energy and environment business sector at the Marubeni Corporation Group, developing business promotion capabilities. In 2020, he launched VR mate and entered the entertainment industry. In 2024, he established STAR Collection Inc. and is working to create next-generation entertainment businesses.

James Barrett

In 2014, he started his career in Japan as a full-stack engineer at Amazon Data Services Japan LLC, building a technical foundation covering everything from development to operations. In 2020, he became Full-Stack IT Manager at Connected Robotics Inc., managing the technology domain. In 2024, he established STAR Collection Inc. He currently drives the company's growth from both engineering and business strategy perspectives.

Kako Ozaki

In 1997, she opened an English conversation school in Osaka and expanded into the education field by also establishing an early childhood intellectual development business.
In 2016, she began her music career. She expanded her activities in the music industry as a DJ and event organizer, including serving as the opening act for world-class top DJs.
In 2024, she established STAR Collection Inc. with the current management team, leveraging her music event experience, and assumed the role of COO.

Kaj Schwermer

An educator and author active in the fields of English education, educational material development, and teacher training. He serves as an author for Macmillan Education, National Geographic Learning, and Oxford University Press, and also works as a curriculum advisor/consultant for Weblio English-Japanese and Japanese-English dictionaries. He has extensive teaching experience at elementary, junior high, and high schools, as well as boards of education. He majored in mass media at Simon Fraser University.
He has also begun working as an AI animator. In 2024, he established STAR Collection Inc. with the current management team and assumed the role of CMO.
